Job summary

An FAA-approved repair facility seeks an experienced Aircraft Structural Repair Technician to perform complex composite and metallic repairs on Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 components. You will follow SRM, CMM, AMM, and OEM instructions, verify layouts, document results, and ensure timely quality delivery.

Responsibilities include dimensional verification with precision gauges, rework of non-structural parts, data capture for engineering intents, and maintaining quality records while collaborating

Qualifications

5+ years of composite repair experience preferred.
Experience with taper sanding, lay-up and septum core removal is valued.
Ability to be evaluated on listed skills during training.

Responsibilities

Repair and rework of composite and metallic aircraft components for Boeing 787 and Airbus A350.
Follow SRM, CMM, AMM and OEM instructions; ensure compliance.
Collaborative maintenance, repair, and overhaul of fiberglass, acrylic, and metal parts.
Adhere to manuals, process specs, quality control, drawings, and procedures.
Dimensional verification with precision inspection tools; may conduct First Article Inspection (FAI).
Capture and validate measurement data meeting engineering intent and requirements.
Maintain quality records and required certifications.
