Job summary

Global Superior Personnel seeks a composite repair expert to restore and rework aircraft parts in a FAA-approved repair environment. You will perform taper sanding, lay-up, and septum core removal/replacement, following SRMs and OEM instructions to achieve quality outcomes on Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 components.

The role requires documenting every step and maintaining thorough quality records, with readiness for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of composite repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency in taper sanding, lay-up and septum core removal/replacement.
• Experience documenting repairs to FAA Repair Station standards.
• Familiarity with SRMs, CMMs, AMMs and OEM/airline instructions.

Responsibilities

• Restore and rework composite and metallic aircraft parts for Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 platforms.
• Execute repairs per SRMs, CMMs, AMMs and approved instructions to ensure on-time quality outcomes.
• Leverage CAD/CAM to support fabrication, manufacturing, and repair to correct engineering configuration.
• Create and maintain thorough quality records and participate in MRB processes.
