Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the fabrication and sub-assembly of composite panels and spars for aircraft structures. The role requires working with blueprints and specifications to assemble high-precision components, with travel to Kinston, NC and relocation assistance as needed.

The position emphasizes precision, quality control, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities for overtime and long-term project involvement in aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in aviation production or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and QA checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install parts and assemblies to quality requirements.
• Complete data gathering to support assembly progression.
• Set up and perform manual and automated assembly operations and machine functions.
• Move and obtain correct parts, materials, tools, and assemblies.
• Report discrepancies in parts, procedures, or tools.
• Perform routine minor machine maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train in inspection and become SIA qualified.
• Train and assist colleagues to maintain production flow.
• Document activity according to specifications and procedures.
