Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Baldwin Park, CA, to hire an Aircraft Component Technician. This role offers hands-on repair of oxygen masks, regulators, and related assemblies in alignment with OEM specifications and aviation standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanical/aviation repair experience, and may hold an A&P certification. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekly paycheck and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; A&P Certification strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of related mechanical, aviation, or component repair experience or equivalent.
• Experience with hand tools and pressure testing equipment; ability to read blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul and repair aircraft oxygen masks, fire extinguishers, oxygen cylinders, and regulator assemblies per OEM specs.
• Inspect incoming equipment, complete work orders, and maintain repair/testing documentation.
• Perform equipment testing using pressure gauges, flow meters, and hydrostatic testing equipment to ensure aviation standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and follow FAA and safety procedures during repair process.
