Propulsion Technologies International, LLC is seeking a full-time manual labor technician to maintain and repair aviation components in accordance with approved data and regulatory requirements.

You will disassemble, inspect, measure with calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges, and reassemble parts for inspection while working with engineering to identify failure modes and support root-cause analysis. Safety and accuracy are a must.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow procedures and complete documentation.
• Basic math, computer skills, and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate issues with written procedures and documentation.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening.

Aufgaben

• Performs repair processes for engine components undergoing repair/overhaul following established guidelines and supervisory guidance.
• Inspects and measures aircraft component dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges to verify conformance to specifications.
• Disassembles, assembles, and installs parts for inspection.
• Operates power tools and equipment as needed.
• Works with engineering to identify failure modes and perform root cause analysis.
• Follows all housekeeping and safety rules.
