Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret national and international aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in aviation legislation and advise management on their impact.
• Manage the company's certification processes and ensure continued adherence to airworthiness standards.
