Job summary

ABM Industries at Los Angeles International Airport is seeking a supervisor to directly oversee a designated work team on a specific account and shift. You will ensure productivity, meet customer service requirements, and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards set by ABM, clients, and regulators.

You will guide front-line staff, coordinate with managers and client representatives, and drive operational performance through coaching, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to direct a work team and ensure SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to SOP.
• Operate technology to track and process work orders.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedules.
• Coordinate client communications and briefings on operations.
• Coach and discipline employees as needed.
• Perform basic payroll functions, if applicable.
