Chief Inspector Requirements

• Oversee and manage the inspection department to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective inspection procedures and quality assurance programs.
• Review maintenance documentation, aircraft maintenance records, and inspection logs for regulatory compliance and airworthiness.
• Provide technical and regulatory guidance to inspection and maintenance teams, ensuring proper training and certification of personnel.
• Address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Chief Inspector Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required; FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in aircraft inspection and quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR Parts 145, 121, and 43, and expertise in aircraft maintenance and inspection techniques.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software, with a commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
