Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, food production, logistics, or other high-volume environments.
• Experience leading multiple departments through frontline supervisors.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for performance and results.
• Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and fleet operations within the Minneapolis facility, ensuring safe and efficient movement of freight.
• Drive on-time performance and adherence to aircraft turnaround times.
• Coordinate with airline and airport operations teams to support seamless departures.
• Manage last-minute changes such as delays, gate reassignments, and staffing gaps.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance for drivers, vehicles, and operations.
• Oversee fleet and equipment management, maintenance, and reporting of defects.
• Analyze operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
