Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Warehouse Agent in Chicago to support fast-paced ground handling operations and ensure flights run on time by loading, unloading, and handling cargo with precision.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training and equipment operation will be provided to maintain secure cargo handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• US work authorization if located in the United States.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport security credentials.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant ground handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading/unloading of cargo to/from trucks and check freight against manifest and documents.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, aircraft pallets).
• Maintain cargo/warehouse security and report incidents to supervisor.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into company systems.
• Follow safety procedures and be prepared for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
