Qualifications

• Must understand freight operations with ability to act as a lead person.
• Strong initiative and willingness to participate in training and knowledge transfer.
• Excellent computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor freight service performance and supervise flight handling, loading/unloading, weight and balance, and dangerous goods.
• Facilitate daily activities by identifying problems and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Attend job-specific training and conduct on-the-job training and staff development.
• Assist with budget, payments, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.
