Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a leading aviation ground handling company providing services to 100+ airlines across 61 airports in the U.S. and Canada.

We seek a Warehouse Agent to safely receive, store, and move inbound and outbound shipments, contributing to operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with flight crew, gate agents, and ground crew.
• Ability to calculate piece count, weight and dimensions.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems to track cargo.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues during loading/unloading.
• Efficient time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading and unloading of cargo to/from trucks.
• Verify freight piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• Issue warehouse receipts or delivery receipts as needed.
• Ensure cargo has proper release before delivery to consignee or agent.
• Operate forklift, aircraft pallets, and pallet jacks.
