Job summary

Reporting to the Mobile AL Site Lead, the Aviation C4ISR instructor shall provide instruction in C4ISR or aviation related technology to SME, meeting the customer’s requirements. This is a non-exempt Service Contract Act (SCA) position.

Qualifications include three years of professional teaching in C4ISR or aviation tech, plus three years as a Coast Guard or other government surveillance/communication systems operator. Excellent collaboration and adherence to Coast Guard materials are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional teaching experience in the field of C4ISR, or aviation related technology.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a U.S. Coast Guard or other government surveillance/communications systems operator.
• Two (2) years’ experience analyzing upgraded or newly fielded systems and updating technical manuals and courseware.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in systems and operations used by the Military, including TTPs.
• Assess upgraded systems and advise on impacts to manuals and courseware.
• Maintain operational proficiency of affected equipment with in-flight experience.
• Coordinate guidance from AVN C4ISR Branch Chief and section leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
