Job summary

ERMC Aviation in the United States operates airport passenger boarding bridges and seeks a skilled PBB Technician to maintain and repair those systems. The role requires handling high- and low-voltage electrical systems; HVAC experience is a plus.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and ability to read technical manuals are essential. Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, plus maintaining logs and coordinating with airport operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems required.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on passenger boarding bridges.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to bridge movement and alignment.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems within boarding bridges (experience preferred).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Collaborate with airport operations and other technical teams to ensure reliability
