Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a skilled Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Technician in St. Louis, MO to maintain and repair boarding bridges used in airport operations. The role requires experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems; HVAC experience is a plus.

You will ensure safe and reliable operation to support smooth passenger flow. Responsibilities include inspections, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and collaboration with airport operations to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems required.
• HVAC experience is a plus; strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on passenger boarding bridges.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to bridge movement and alignment.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems within boarding bridges (experience preferred).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Collaborate with airport operations and other technical teams to ensure reliability.
