Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) to join our national aviation team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing BHS projects, with regular updates to stakeholders and weekly travel to major airline hubs as needed.

A full-time on-site presence is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aviation baggage handling project management, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong presentation and interpersonal

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing aviation baggage handling system projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills including client presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills and TSA Planning Guidelines/design standards understanding.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for airport leadership.
Lead and manage construction and implementation teams.
Organize and document project meetings and report progress.
Coordinate all BHS elements with design, schedule, cost, procurement, and commissioning.
Attend commissioning and testing of BHS systems to ensure contract adherence.
