Qualifications

• 10+ years leading software engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience solving complex multi-system integration and cloud deployment challenges.
• Proven ability to design scalable microservices and real-time/near-real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect software solutions for aviation and autonomous systems.
• Define requirements and proposed solutions for safety-critical systems.
• Assess impacts including cost, schedule, risk, and scalability.
• Lead and review work of software engineers across cloud, DevOps, data, and app development.
• Mentor engineers to improve technical capability and delivery quality.
• Ensure monitoring, observability, health checks, and system integrity across platforms.
