Job summary

Arora Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Program Manager to join the Philadelphia International Airport team on site.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee asset management governance, and align program priorities with airport operations, capital development, and long‑term investment planning. You will drive organizational change, coordinate across aviation divisions, and establish robust processes for asset condition monitoring, risk assessment, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Substantial aviation asset management experience.
• Experience leading organizational maturity assessments and practical improvement plans.
• Proven change management and stakeholder adoption leadership across complex organizations.
• Working knowledge of airport capital planning, project delivery, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 principles and their application to governance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, governance, and the asset management improvement roadmap.
• Identify gaps, define ownership, and establish consistent business practices across divisions.
• Coordinate with capital development to align projects with asset condition and lifecycle needs.
• Develop performance measures and dashboards linking asset health to outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and sustain organizational change initiatives.
