Job summary

Triumph in Clemmons, NC seeks a level III assembler to produce products by assembling parts and subassemblies. You will read assembly instructions and engineering drawings, follow defined procedures, and meet production deadlines.

You will train others in measuring tools, contribute to a safe team environment, and develop capability to assemble 60%+ of Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons products from prep to final assembly.

Qualifications

• Technician must operate measuring tools (OD/ID micrometers, height gauges, dial calipers, optical flats)
• Demonstrated ability to read assembly instructions and engineering drawings
• Clock in to Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork

Responsibilities

• Proficiently use and train others in measuring tools
• Read assembly instructions, engineering drawings and written instructions to assemble components
• Understand Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork
• Meet production deadlines by following correct procedures without supervision
• Ability to assemble 60%+ of Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons products from prep to final assembly
• Troubleshoot, build and repair production units
• Contribute to team, work safely, and train others with less experience
