Job summary

Triumph Group is seeking a Technician Assembly Test 1 to perform basic mechanical assembly, inspection, and preparation of actuators and related components in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will follow established work instructions and safety requirements while contributing to efficient production.

The role requires reading and following instructions, using basic hand tools and measuring devices, and maintaining precise workmanship.

Qualifications

Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and assembly procedures.
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and component identification.
Ability to accurately measure parts and identify when dimensions are outside specified tolerances.
Ability to follow established quality and safety requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent workmanship.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from leads and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Assemble basic actuators, accumulators, valves, and related components per instructions.
Measure and inspect parts to ensure tolerances are met.
Position and align components for proper assembly.
Bolt, fasten, and secure parts using hand and power tools.
Disassemble assemblies and replace parts as required.
Clean and lubricate parts per procedures.
Record documentation accurately.
Maintain a safe, organized work area.
