Job summary

Skyborne is seeking a Flight Training Advisor in the United States (Vero Beach, FL area) to guide aspiring pilots through admissions and enrollment. You will handle inbound inquiries via email, phone, face-to-face, and social media, delivering program information and helping applicants navigate costs and financing.

You will manage lead follow-ups, conduct informational sessions, and support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a KPI-driven sales environment with measurable results.
• Ability to manage inquiries and guide leads through admissions and enrollment processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and generate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective trainees and manage inquiries.
• Drive enrollments to meet KPI targets and budget plans.
• Lead informational sessions about programs, costs, financing, and outcomes.
• Guide applicants through the application, financing, and enrollment steps.
• Follow up with leads from marketing channels and events.
• Support events across the US and maintain CRM activity.
• Meet revenue and enrollment targets and monitor conversion improvements.
• Provide market feedback to inform pricing and product development.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure first stage payments are processed.
