Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced AVEVA MES Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, supporting, and developing MES solutions across manufacturing environments. This role involves end-to-end implementation of AVEVA MES, integrating with automation systems, and developing applications using C#/.NET.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AVEVA MES, a strong knowledge of SQL Server, and familiarity with web technologies. The position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced AVEVA MES Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in implementing, supporting, and developing MES solutions across manufacturing environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end implementation and support of AVEVA MES solutions, including Performance, Operations, and Quality modules.
• Configure and develop solutions using AVEVA System Platform, Wonderware MES, AVEVA Historian, and related integration components.
• Participate in MES project lifecycle including requirement analysis, design mapping, development, deployment, and support.
• Implement MES environment setup and ensure platform readiness for production deployments.
• Integrate MES with automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, OPC servers, and industrial control systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, database designs, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Build and maintain MES-related applications using C# / .NET and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, REST APIs).
• Support integration with AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM) and MDM solutions where applicable.
• Ensure alignment of MES solutions with ISA-95, ISA-88, and MESA standards.

• Hands‑on experience with AVEVA MES (Wonderware MES) across at least one full lifecycle project.
• Strong knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, MES modules (Operations, Quality, Performance).
• Experience in MES configuration, development, and support in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (SCADA, PLC, OPC, HMI integration).
• Proficiency in SQL Server (query optimization, database design).
• Experience in C# and .NET development.
• Familiarity with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, REST APIs.
• Understanding of manufacturing standards (ISA-95 / ISA-88) and MES architecture.
