Accessible Veterinary Care Program at UC Davis aims to deliver high-quality veterinary care to companion animals of clients with limited access due to financial, geographic, or other barriers. These programs also serve as educational platforms to mentor veterinary students in community-based, inclusive veterinary practice.
This initiative brings together long-standing outreach programs under a unified framework to enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and expand access to care. The programs support underserved communities while playing a vital role in shaping the future of veterinary education and service.
