Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a warehouse associate to prep AV equipment for shipping, package and label items for transportation, and coordinate substitutions with operations to fulfill show requirements.

You will receive sub-rented items, create shipping manifests, and move gear to outbound docking stations, loading and unloading trucks, while maintaining inventory records and maintenance logs in a large, 70,000+ sq ft warehouse.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required.
• Certified to drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods in a large warehouse.
• Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching.

Responsibilities

• Prepares/returns AV equipment.
• Packages and labels items appropriately for transportation or show requirements.
• Works with operations to ensure substitutions on shortages.
• Receives sub-rented items into order to ensure fulfillment.
• Creates Shipping Manifest or Carnet prior to shipping.
• Pushes equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Assists in restocking delivered equipment in the warehouse.
• Documents service in inventory system and reports damaged equipment to operations.
• Keeps detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
