Job summary

Brite Ideas is seeking a General Warehouse Technician to support day-to-day prep, movement, and quality control of gear for events. You will pull and stage equipment, load and unload trucks, and help with shipping, receiving, and cable labeling under the Warehouse Manager.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across Audio, Video, Lighting, and Rigging teams, with training provided on Flex Rental Solutions.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of warehouse, production, live event, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Flex Rental Solutions or similar system (training provided).
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and stage equipment for events per project sheets.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and cable labeling.
• Support cross-department teams in peak workflows.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
