TES Consultants is seeking an AV/VTC Production Engineer to design, integrate, operate, and sustain audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems for a federal agency client in the National Capital Region. This is the engineering seat on the AV team, where the specialists keep rooms running, you decide how they are built and how they perform.

You will blend systems engineering with live production, developing signal flow diagrams, configuring AV-over-IP networks, and configuring and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, operate, and sustain audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems for a federal agency client in the National Capital Region.
• Develop signal flow diagrams and equipment layouts, configure AV-over-IP networks, and manage DSPs, control processors, cameras, microphones, displays and switching gear.
• Operate live meetings, executive presentations, town halls, webinars, and webcasts — live switching, audio mixing, recording, and streaming; handle post-production edits.
• Troubleshoot codec performance and interoperability issues; address faults escalated by the team; designated Key Personnel.
