Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems for our Madison campus. You’ll support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, ensuring successful events both live and virtual.

You will work with a team of AV specialists to lay out new systems and provide hands-on support, with relocation to the Madison area and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Collaborate with AV experts to create environments for events of all sizes, live and virtual.
• Lay out new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure success.
• Work with a team to manage over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Support events from planning through execution.
