Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Perform AV system installations, networking, and home automation setups with a focus on high-quality execution
• System Configuration: Familiarity with platforms like Control4, Crestron, or other automation systems is beneficial
• Project Versatility: Work across various tasks, including pre-wiring, finishing installations, and performing quality control
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor on all projects
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and uphold company standards
• Tool Management: Use personal hand tools as needed; company-provided equipment will be available

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in AV installation, home automation, or a similar field
• Technical Skills: Competency with AV systems and hands-on installation experience; knowledge of Control4 or Crestron is a plus
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to the office and job sites
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a client-first attitude
• Flexibility: Willing to work occasional weekends and 8-10 hours of overtime, as needed

Compensation

$25-$37 per hour based on experience.

Physical Demands
