Job summary

Inspire Event Technologies LLC in Nashville, TN, is seeking an AV Technician to support events at the Nashville Renaissance, delivering reliable audio-visual setup, operation, and teardown for conferences, meetings, and events.

The ideal candidate has experience with audiovisual technology, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds; you will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place
• Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damage to the respective personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties that are assigned

What you would do:
