INSPIRE is seeking an AV Technician to support live events at The Capital Hilton in Washington, DC. The role focuses on setting up, operating, and striking AV gear while maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and keep inventory updated.
• Track inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Operate AV equipment with understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Determine equipment shortages and prepare orders, offering substitutions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with management at all times.
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule.
• Represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies.
• Continue long-standing relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is appreciated.
• Protect company equipment and report any damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Perform any other duties that are assigned.

We are seeking an AV Technician to work at The Capital Hilton in Washington, DC.

The pay range for this role is $24.00-27.00

What You Would Do

• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions

• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place
• Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damage to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties that are assigned
