INSPIRE is seeking an AV Technician to work at The Capital Hilton in Washington, DC. The role offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees and a pay range of $24.00–$27.00 per hour.

You will prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate with management to keep projects on schedule. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position requiring reliable team collaboration and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and maintain inventory.
• Track inventory and ensure timely order completion.
• Operate AV equipment with knowledge of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Prepare substitutions for shortages and coordinate with management.
• Maintain open communication with hotel staff and management.
• Follow schedules and grooming/attire policies.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally to clients.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with input from others.
• Protect equipment and report any damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an AV Technician to work at The Capital Hilton in Washington, DC.

The pay range for this role is $24.00-27.00

What you would do:

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place
• Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damage to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties that are assigned
