Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Services Technician II to provide technical, operational, and customer-facing AV support across corporate offices and meeting spaces. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with onsite teams and vendors to keep rooms and displays ready for use.

The successful candidate will combine advanced AV troubleshooting with strong customer service and escalation skills, while supporting meetings and events and maintaining

Qualifications

• Three years of enterprise AV support experience preferred.
• CTS certification or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk).
• Experience supporting executive meetings, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 AV support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for AV systems.
• Create and close service tickets, document communications and resolutions.
• Escalate as needed and coordinate with onsite and remote teams.
• Support meetings via room setup, system checks, and live monitoring.
• Deliver high-touch customer service to executives and end users.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and IT teams; assist event planning.
• Perform room sweeps, verify equipment functionality, and prepare rooms for use.
• Document reports, provide updates, and manage paperwork required.
• Contribute to process improvement and client reporting initiatives.
