Job summary

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing
• Assist in developing and implementing an effective social business strategy in a Business-to-Business market
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics and marketing material
• Produce and edit videos
• Design layouts for print, web, digital, and other media
• Create marketing media for customer events including tradeshows, golf tournaments, and partner training sessions
• Formulate and implement digital media strategies focused on customer acquisition
• Execute email marketing campaigns, website management, digital advertising, and social media initiatives
• Create, plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality still images and videos for websites, social media, email communications, public relations outreach, advertisements, special events, meetings/presentations, and other media
• Ensure proper equipment placement, sound, and lighting for professional video production
• Collaborate with the marketing department and provide input on marketing tactics and ideas
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 4+ years of Graphic Design experience required
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required
• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or similar field is a plus
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Understanding of traditional, digital, mobile, and social media and best practices when designing for each
• Portfolio displaying depth of work and capabilities
• Flexibility and good listening skills
• Ability to work under deadline pressure
• Strong written, verbal and communication skills
