Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking an Audio Visual Sales Manager to drive AV equipment and services sales at Reliant Park in Houston, TX. You will work directly with clients, hotel staff, and the internal AV team to design solutions that meet meeting needs and maximize revenue.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, familiarity with AV capabilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, including night/weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, sales, and hospitality skills to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with AV equipment capabilities, setup, and operations.
• Strong written and spoken communication; persuasive and clear.
• Creativity and initiative in capturing AV business.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, respond to clients, and meet revenue targets.
• Assess client meeting needs and match them to AV services and products.
• Collaborate with hotel sales staff to secure AV business.
• Attend on-site and off-site client visits and post-event meetings.
• Negotiate with clients to secure business and approve charges.
• Coordinate with AV staff on equipment and labor selections.
• Review final billing with clients and adjust as needed.
• Follow up with clients with thank-you letters and service evaluations.
