Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: graduation from high school or GED.
• Experience with professional audio visual equipment and computer equipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting workload.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returned equipment.
• Ensure all cases and equipment are presentable and in ideal working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment correctly.
• Handle hard deadlines and plan workflow per client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support for clients.
• Follow direction of the department leaders and managers.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment and comply with policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
