Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Los Angeles seeks an Audio Visual Project Manager to drive end-to-end VC/AV deployments in new or renovated offices. You will lead design, scheduling, procurement and commissioning, coordinating with facilities, IT and external vendors to deliver innovative spaces that enhance collaboration.

The role requires 4+ years in a technical PM role, strong communication, budget control and travel readiness to support projects nationwide and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design, scheduling, deployment and commissioning of VC/AV in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple projects across cities/regions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders via Workplace Chat, Cisco Webex, email, and tasks.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for design reviews.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional partners and 3rd party vendors from planning to execution/post deployment review.
• Prioritize tasks for Deployment Coordinators while supporting the Deployment Engineering team with non-standard deployments.
• Lead projects through design, procurement, deployment and commissioning of shared and collaborative IT gear in tech office builds (VC, event spaces, digital signage, studios).
• Provide project stakeholders with routine status updates, communicating issues/risks and mitigating impact via Asana.
• Engage with vendors for hardware procurement and integration; ensure timely handover and contract adherence.
• Perform site visits throughout the project lifecycle and handover with third-party vendors.
• Light drafting in AutoCAD; contribute to design intent through drawings for RCPs, elevations and floor plans.
• Participate in Bluebeam sessions during design reviews to sign off on drawings and documentation.
