Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Maintenance Trades Helper to support senior technicians in AV/IT installations and related wiring. You will assist with infrastructure installation, cabling, and equipment setup on challenging environments.

Responsibilities include helping install racks and cabling, keeping work areas safe and tidy, and providing tools and materials to technicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have ability to gain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must have own basic hand tools.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of infrastructure, equipment, and network cabling.
• Help install equipment racks, infrastructure, and cabling.
• Maintain clean work areas and supply tools and materials to technicians.
