Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an Engineering Technician IV to support AV integration and engineering services for NIWC facilities, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AV systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with five years of installation/integration experience, valid driver's license, TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and willingness to work extended hours and undergo background checks. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent GED and five (5) years in installation/integration experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.

Responsibilities

• Working with NIWC Pacific Engineering Technician IV, will provide engineering & support services for various C2 facilities throughout the period of performance.
• Support the preparation of pre-installation, test, and checkout documents of all new AV equipment components and subcomponents.
• Assist in system testing in accordance with established test plan to ensure total operation and functional AV System regards compatibility with interfacing/interacting systems.
• Provide Troubleshooting and advise corrective action for maintenance and operational issues that may arise.
• Apply STIGS on associated system AV Components and support integration of AV switch matrix in NIWC identified spaces.
