Role Description

The AV Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarasota, FL. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing audio-visual and smart home systems, including displays, speakers, control devices, and networked components. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical plans, running and terminating cabling, mounting equipment, performing system integration, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance. The AV Installer will interact with clients and project partners on-site, provide clear status updates, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role also involves documenting installations, performing basic maintenance, and supporting system upgrades as needed.

Qualifications
