Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking an AV Installation Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of audiovisual installations across commercial and government environments. You will lead installation teams, manage budgets, ensure safety, and ensure successful deployment of AV solutions including displays, projectors, video walls and control systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AV installation teams on multiple projects.
• Ability to review system designs and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise AV installation technicians and field crews across multiple projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate AV installation activities to meet timelines.
• Review system designs, drawings and scopes of work prior to installation.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and client specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, programmers, and clients to resolve issues.
• Oversee installation of AV equipment including displays, projectors, video walls, speakers, DSPs, control systems, racks, and cabling.
• Conduct site walks and progress inspections for quality and proper methods.
• Manage installation labor hours, materials, and equipment to maintain budgets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to installation technicians.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and client handoff processes.
• Maintain documentation including installation reports and punch lists.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
