Job summary

LINX is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Technician in Utah to join our team and support commercial AV systems, data networks, and security projects across multiple sites. You will handle pre-wiring, install cameras and speakers, test cabling, and ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining customer service excellence.

The role requires physical tasks, ladder work, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with potential shift work and travel within Colorado/Utah regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabling installation and testing.
• Ability to work on ladders and power tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate cabling for various media types and document results.
• Install AV equipment (cameras, TVs, speakers) and related devices.
• Perform cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, terminating, and testing per BICSI and NEC standards.
