Job summary

LINX in Salt Lake City is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Technician to wire, install audio/video/security systems, and set up networks. You will work on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.

This role requires independence or supervision, with travel to job sites across Colorado and possibly beyond. Competitive pay and benefits are provided by LINX.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on ladders and use power tools.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Cabling installation and termination (all media types); cabling testing and documentation
• Install cameras, TVs, speakers and other Audio Visual equipment
• Perform cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, terminating, and testing per NEC
• Travel to job sites anywhere in Colorado; may travel outside Colorado
