Job summary

TheCoTeam is seeking a trustworthy, hands-on team member to join our La Mesa field crew. This full-time, on-site role requires construction-site experience, ladder work, cable pulling, and practical problem solving.

You are technically inclined, curious about how things work, and maintain a steady work history with good safety practices. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm, 40 hours weekly, with a rotating on-call service rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of steady work history on construction sites.
• Able to climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Experience safely using power and hand tools.

Job description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.
