Job summary

Uber is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide Autonomous Vehicles frontline teams across the US, focusing on people leadership, performance, and scalable processes. You will work closely with product and technology to strengthen tools, workflows, and decision‑making to support AV at scale.

The role requires strong frontline leadership, a track record of driving quality and customer experience, and the ability to build scalable operating models in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in AV, mobility, robotics, or complex operational environments is preferred.
• Experience leading frontline leaders and large distributed teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV frontline teams and leaders to high performance and accountability.
• Drive quality, SLAs, accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Develop coaching, performance management, and frontline capabilities.
• Strengthen day-to-day rhythms and readiness for launches and expansions.
• Collaborate with program, product, and technology teams to improve frontline tooling and workflows.
