The role focuses on installing and configuring AV systems, performing structured cabling, and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service onsite. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AV installation or low-voltage work, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial AV systems and best practices
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must provide standard trade tools

Responsibilities

• Install and configure AV systems including displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, and AV racks
• Perform structured cabling, including cable pulls, terminations, and labeling for low‑voltage systems
• Troubleshoot and test AV equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Assist with system layout, installation planning, and job site preparation
• Load and update AV control system software as required
• Maintain a professional and customer‑focused presence onsite
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
