The AV & Event Technology Specialist plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality audiovisual and event experiences across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Technology, Facilities, Creative Services, Screening Room Ops, and the Service Desk to support day-to-day AV operations, hybrid meetings, live events, IPTV, and digital signage services. The specialist is responsible for maintaining room technologies, executing live events, and resolving incidents with precision and professionalism. Strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments are essential for success in this position.
This role is fully on-site, based in Nashville, TN.
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $36.00 - $45.00/hour. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
