Job summary

Uxbridge Employment is seeking an organised Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to support a busy technical equipment operation in the Uxbridge area.

You will coordinate deliveries, maintain order records and prepare shipping paperwork while liaising with transport providers to ensure schedules run smoothly. This is an on-site, permanent position with emphasis on accuracy and proactive administration.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, collections or transport activity.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of equipment in and out of the operation.
• Maintain accurate order information and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Update internal systems and respond to operational queries.
• Liaise with transport providers and suppliers to schedule deliveries.
• General warehouse and logistics administration, including invoicing support.
