Job summary

Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will work with a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.

A successful AV Engineer will provide hands-on support to ensure system success and may relocate to join our team with financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus.
Support events large and small, live and virtual.
Work with AV experts to layout new systems and ensure their success through hands‑on support.
