Job summary

TEECOM is seeking a Designer II to contribute to modeling, documentation, and coordination across technology disciplines. You’ll develop independence under mentorship while upholding BIM standards and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

The role emphasizes modeling accuracy, early QA, and collaboration with engineers and project teams to improve workflows and documentation across Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, and network disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in the AEC industry with Revit modeling and construction documentation.
• Experience supporting technology system design (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models and drawings with minimal rework.
• Assist with model health, documentation, and adherence to BIM standards.
• Support early QA, clash detection, and coordination across Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, and related disciplines.
• Maintain model organization, links, worksets, and view templates in line with TEECOM standards.
• Document design decisions, coordination updates, and project changes within TEECOM tools.
