Job summary

TEECOM seeks a Designer III to advance modeling strategy, lead cross‑discipline coordination, and deliver coordinated construction documents. You will apply BIM standards, manage model health, and mentor Designer I and II teammates.

This role emphasizes independent judgment, complex device layouts, Navisworks/ACC clash reviews, and structured documentation in GitHub. You’ll support multiple projects, contribute to workflows, and help refine TEECOM’s templates and tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, etc.) and supporting engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead production execution with strong technical judgment and coordination across disciplines.
• Prepare coordinated views, calculations, research, and specifications to aid design decisions.
• Maintain model health, manage links and worksets, and resolve coordination issues.
• Perform clash tests (Navisworks/ACC) and guide cross‑discipline resolution.
• Document design decisions and updates in project tools and GitHub with clarity.
